Seabreeze is a one-bedroom villa located in the complex of Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort.   The villa will comfortable sleep 4 people. (two adults and 2 children)  The bedroom has a queen size bed and in an adjacent area there are two built-in bunk beds for the children.   The living has a new queen size pull out sofa which could be used for additional sleeping if needed. The villa was completely remodeled in the fall of 2007 with all new furniture, appliances, flooring, linens and towels.   Flat screen televisions, DVD player, CD, and VCR are in the villa when you are not out enjoying all the island has to offer.

Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort boasts an outstanding, family-friendly complex with something for every vacationer. With the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island, ten lighted tennis courses, and access to some of the finest golf courses in the world, you're sure to find a host of activities to keep you happy.

Fernwood  - 3 Bedroom home 

Long Term Rental

Fernwood is a 3 bedroom, two bath, one story home in the gated community of Hilton Head Plantation.   Fernwood has a master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet  and a private bath.  The 2^nd bedroom has a full size bed, and two twin beds are in the 3^rd bedroom.    Each of these bedrooms are close to the second bath.

With a living room, dining room and kitchen with dining banquette, you will have ample room to spread out.   You can enjoy the deer and golf course view from the large screened in porch across the back of the house.

As our guest, you will have access to the on-site swimming pool and miles of walking paths.    We are a short distance from the Dolphin Head recreation Park with fantastic views of the Port Royal Sound and walking paths along the water.
